Your Tasks
As a QM support position for our nationwide subsidiaries in Switzerland, you work independently to fulfill the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EcoVadis, as well as EcoEntreprise and other internal standards. In close collaboration with the business, process owners, and the head of PQA, you ensure the operational implementation of the quality management system and continuously drive process development for the entire group. You are responsible for organizing and conducting periodic process audits as well as the resulting process target achievements. You enjoy supporting the responsible managers and specialists in the areas of reporting, training in QM, process management, and applications in process automation, and possibly also performing on-site assignments.
Your Expertise
- You must have training and several years of professional experience in quality and process management.
- You bring several years of experience in certification of the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EcoVadis, and EcoEntreprise.
- You enjoy communicating with internal customers at all hierarchy levels.
- You are willing to undertake travel activities within Switzerland.
- You have solid experience in quality management in the field of building technology or construction, enabling you to take on a specialist responsibility.
- Work locations available are Ostermundigen, Bulle, or Urdorf.
- You have business fluent German skills in spoken and written form. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
