What you will achieve with us

• Design and creation: You take the lead in designing concepts and designs in the fields of architecture, interior architecture, and product design and are responsible for first-class client presentations considering our corporate design.
• Creativity and innovation: You promote innovation and creative design processes in an international team.
• Development of construction projects: You take on the design leadership and develop construction projects from the concept idea through feasibility analyses and preliminary studies to completion – focusing on the early planning phases.
• Competition management: You lead the conception, design, and implementation of competitions, lead the competition team consisting of internal and external planning specialists, and coordinate collaboration with external offices.
• Leadership skills: You work closely with our Head of Design & Consulting, represent the design competence area internally and externally, and promote interdisciplinary exchange within our offices and our network in the DACH region together.

Qualifications

What you bring

• Solid professional experience: You have a degree in architecture or interior architecture and bring at least 7–10 years of professional and project management experience in a demanding design and architectural environment.
• Project competence: You have broad knowledge and experience in the development and design of commercially used spaces and concepts in the areas of Workplace & Education, Commercial & Mixed Use, Gastronomy & Hospitality, Banking & Finance, as well as Retail & Brand Space.
• Design competence: With your excellent sense for architecture and design as well as color, material, lighting, and scenographic design, you lead and develop demanding competitions and projects according to the standards of the DACH region.
• Personality profile: As a responsible, structured, and communicative personality with great passion for demanding projects, you shape the working methods and culture of our Design & Consulting team with interdisciplinary thinking and pronounced team spirit and make design excellence tangible.
• Program and language skills: You have good knowledge of the tools Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, ArchiCAD, and Rhino (3D), possess very good German skills in spoken and written form, and have good foreign language skills, especially in English.
