As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Ensuring and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative staffing levels: responsibility for the duty and vacation planning of all employees, productivity lists
- Active participation in planning, monitoring, and achieving the budget
- Motivating leadership of the entire room service team, taking into account the established leadership principles
- Ensuring and increasing service quality by implementing qualification measures for employees
- Performing administrative tasks, such as managing and maintaining the guest file
- Leading smooth shifts, taking orders, professionally carrying out service according to set standards, assigning treatments
- Controlling inventory and compliance with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP), conducting proper inventories
- Telephone order acceptance in compliance with quality standards
- Responsibility for proper invoicing including accounting
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in room service; experience in luxury hotels is desirable
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
- Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
