MPA / Medical Secretary 40-60%

Our Center for Dizziness and Balance Disorders is continuously growing. For this reason, we are looking to support and strengthen our existing team with motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic professionals. In the heart of Zurich, in close proximity to the Opera House, we offer our patients specialist clarifications in the field of neurology. Our quality standards are high, both towards patients and referrers.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Welcoming and saying goodbye to patients
- Operating the practice phone, answering emails
- Organizing appointments with calling patients
- Preparing, correcting, and sending reports
- Maintaining electronic medical records (fully electronic via curaMED)
- Blood sampling. Analyses are performed in an external laboratory
- Assisting with lumbar punctures (no experience necessary)
- Helping with organizational tasks around daily practice operations
Your Profile
- You are a resilient MPA with experience in administrative areas. Experience in neurology is an advantage but not mandatory.
- You approach our patients and referrers in a friendly and competent manner.
- Very good computer skills and a quick grasp are indispensable.
- Experience with practice software is desirable.
- You have a commercial background with an interest in medicine or are a well-trained MPA / medical secretary with at least 1 year of professional experience.
