Tasks
- Develop and monitor the quality management system per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits.
- Ensure compliance through collaboration with departments and maintain documentation.

- Technical or economic education with years of experience in quality management.
- Strong knowledge of QM systems, especially ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and QM systems.

- Further development, maintenance, and monitoring of the quality management system according to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of internal system and process audits
- Support and coordination of external audits (certification, customer, and supplier audits)
- Central contact person for all audit-relevant topics
- Ensuring norm-compliant process design in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Creation, maintenance, and updating of process descriptions and system-relevant documents
- Derivation, tracking, and effectiveness verification of measures from audits and deviations
Your profile
- Completed technical or business education (HTL, FH, university or similar)
- Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in an industrial environment (automotive supplier)
- Solid knowledge of QM systems according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Completed auditor training or willingness to complete it promptly
- Structured, analytical, and independent working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, ideally QM systems)

Minimum salary
The minimum salary for this position is € 3,396.21 gross excluding allowances. The overpayment and the actual monthly salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
