- Responsibility for the office of the Swiss Center for Rescue, Emergency, and Disaster Medicine (SZRNK-SCRED) including financial management
- Strategic and administrative support of further education and training offers
- Coordination and organization of the national faculties and their networking domestically and internationally
- Support in the creation of course materials as well as communication and PR materials (web, email, print)
- Building sustainable relationships with relevant stakeholders
What you bring with you
- Education in healthcare with basic knowledge of business administration or education in the commercial sector with several years of experience in rescue or healthcare is an advantage
- High IT affinity (websites, databases, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Oral and written English skills
