- Independent creation, maintenance, and optimization of maintenance downtime planning (short-, medium-, and long-term)
- Responsibility for the entire helicopter component and downtime planning
- Participation in activities such as capacity and infrastructure planning and maintenance implementation.
- Cross-departmental communication with the responsible specialist departments
- Link between production (MRO ALP & external offices) / configuration management / continuing airworthiness / supply chain (SCM) / item manager / engineering / project manager
- Create maintenance orders
- Material coordination
- Coordination of the completion of maintenance orders and archiving

- Completed apprenticeship in a technical or industrial environment
- Experience in aircraft maintenance and work preparation is an advantage
- Completed further training as a process specialist or similar is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required, good English skills are desired
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent with pronounced planning skills
- Communication and teamwork skills, especially in an interdisciplinary environment
- Assertiveness combined with willingness to cooperate
- Good IT affinity (MS Office, SAP) and structured working method
- Conscientious, diligent working style, independence, and willingness to take responsibility
