The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 hotels and resorts ranging from simple group accommodations to upscale four-star superior.

To support the team at Hotel Montana, we are looking for a person for the upcoming winter season 2025/26 as:

The Hotel

A place to feel good! Hotel Montana is an uncomplicated accommodation. Our guests can reach the Parsenn cable car on foot in just one minute. Davos Dorf train station and various shopping opportunities are right on the doorstep. Hotel Montana has 55 individual rooms for a maximum of 169 guests.

Your tasks

• Working at the front office with check-in and check-out of guests
• Guest support on site and information about the Davos Klosters Mountains offer
• Handling reservations with the hotel software Protel
• Receiving and processing emails and phone calls
• Assisting with other tasks in the hotel
• Issuing ski passes for the Davos Klosters Mountains

Your profile

• Training: You have commercial or equivalent training or experience as a front office employee
• Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and flexible, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are willing to help in other areas
• Language: You have good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as oral English skills.
