IT Infrastructure Team Leader 50% / System Engineer 50% (a)

• Leadership and further development of the IT infrastructure team (8 employees)
• Planning and implementation of IT projects (network, server, cloud, security)
• Budget responsibility and resource planning
• Ensuring IT security, availability, and scalability
• Interface to internal departments and external service providers
• Creation and maintenance of policies, processes, and documentation
• Technology evaluation and innovation management

• Support of Microsoft environments (AD, Exchange, M365, Azure)
• Virtualization (e.g., VMware)
• Storage and backup management
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
• Support in 2nd/3rd level support
• Participation in rollouts, migrations, and system updates

• Completed computer science degree (FH)
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration in an industrial environment
• Leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networks
• German and English skills in spoken and written form - business fluent
