Your main tasks:
- Operating technical systems (pool technology, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
- Performing daily caretaker tasks
- Conducting control and inspection rounds of technical systems as well as in the building
- Checking and documenting the water quality of pool technology
- Creating and processing object and system documentation
- Handling tickets (malfunction, maintenance, or repair tickets)
- Resolving malfunctions / performing first interventions and malfunction analyses
- Accompanying and supervising external and maintenance companies
- On-call duty - irregular working hours including weekends
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship in HVAC or electrical field
- Experience in handling technical systems
- MSR experience is an advantage
- Solid IT user skills
- Independent work, high degree of personal responsibility and commitment
- Driver's license category B
- Residence in the Baden AG region
- No entries in the criminal record
