The Global Assets Client Officer is responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of institutional and private clients in the field of asset servicing. He ensures the implementation of solutions adapted to client needs and the execution of stock exchange orders. He plays a key role in the smooth running of daily processes and in optimizing the quality of the service offered by promoting and facilitating exchanges across the bank's various support teams.

Your Mission:
- Manage stock exchange and FX operations, settlement monitoring, corporate actions, payments, cash management, Private Equity (PE) cash flows, and consolidate assets (asset aggregation).
- Ensure the accuracy of operations. Enter banking transactions precisely and within the given deadlines.
- Open accounts and coordinate the setup of operational setups with our support teams and third-party providers. Keep client files up to date, ensuring complete and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Review financial reports to ensure their accuracy before transmission to clients and stakeholders.
- Improve client request tracking: prioritize, acknowledge receipt, and deliver responses within optimal timeframes.
- Maintain impeccable service quality by remaining solution-oriented and demonstrating a strong sense of customer service.
- Propose and implement process improvement solutions while ensuring team efficiency.
- Meet and communicate proactively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and respond to their specific needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients' external managers and agents.
Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the asset servicing sector, preferably with institutional and private clients.
- Technical skills: Good knowledge of financial operations (stock exchange, settlements, cash management, PE, transparent funds).
- Languages: Fluent French and English. Fluent German would be an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure with rigor and meticulousness.
- Intellectual curiosity and openness to learning new processes.
- Great agility to adapt to changing client needs.
