We are a successful and innovative family business with around 120 employees. As a technical wholesaler based in Aarau, we operate in the fields of hose technology, hydraulics and drive technology.
To expand our ICT team, we are looking for a motivated personality as
System Engineer 80 - 100% (all)
Your main tasks
- Responsibility for server engineering in the Microsoft Windows environment as well as in Azure, M365 and D365, including Active Directory and GPO management
- Operation, monitoring and optimization of the network infrastructure (network, WLAN, firewalls) to ensure stability, performance and security
- Operation and further development of backup and monitoring solutions to
ensure system availability as well as data and operational security - Implementation, operation and further development of ICT solutions in
client/server environments, HyperV as well as applications, telephony and
collaboration systems - Review and assurance of the quality and security of applications and their interfaces
- Collaboration as an ICT key user in agile projects and further developments
together with product and process owners as well as external ICT partners on issues related to security, architecture as well as administration and
monitoring requirements, with a main focus on ERP (D365), eCommerce and WMS - Support of applications, tools, hardware and peripherals in first and second level as well as management and maintenance of system and operational documentation
- Deputizing and support within the ICT team to ensure
a stable IT operation
Your profile
- Completed IT training (EFZ, HF) or equivalent further education
- Several years of professional experience in system operation and
platform management, ideally in an SME environment - Solid experience with on-premises and cloud solutions (Azure, M365, etc.)
as well as participation in IT projects - Knowledge and experience with SQL databases is an advantage
- Knowledge of agile (e.g. Scrum) projects is an advantage
- Independent, structured and precise way of working as well as pronounced
analytical thinking skills - Team-oriented, resilient and flexible personality with high reliability and sense of responsibility
- Good German skills in spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
