• Support for managers and employees in various personnel matters
• Leadership, participation, design, and implementation of personnel projects
• Preparation of documents on personnel topics for the management
• Independent handling of all administrative processes along the employee life cycle
• Conducting annual processes such as employee evaluations and budgeting
• Job postings and recruitment of specialists for the entire city administration

• Commercial basic training EFZ with further education in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate)
• Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in public administration
• Solid MS Office skills; experience with CMI, Abacus, or Refline is an advantage
• A personality open to new things and possessing a practical solution-oriented approach
• Responsible, natural, and resilient personality with humor and a lot of commitment
• Motivation for administrative tasks as well as process- and project-oriented topics
