Website: www.efaje.chThe EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 municipalities from the Gros-de-Vaud district and surrounding areas wishing to unite their efforts to manage and develop quality day care services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented: Family day care, which includes about seventy family-based caregivers, eight preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. We are looking, for an indefinite period, for a:
Child educator ES/HES or socio-educational assistant CFC at 41.5% annualized (reference 25.23 MOU)
The workplace is located at the UAPE des Moussaillons in St-Cierges, a facility with a capacity of 36 places. The working days are distributed as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The facility is closed for 13 weeks per year. Your mission:
- Ensure quality support for the children received, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations.
- Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the interest of the child.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.
You have several years of experience in a similar position. You have the ability to develop reflective action on quality issues and to carry out relevant and effective actions deployed responsibly and committedly. You are recognized for your strong team spirit and great communication skills, which make you a real asset to the team. You are motivated, autonomous, organized, and flexible. You are Swiss or have a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record. Possession of a driving license and a vehicle is highly desirable. We offer:
