The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic for the inpatient treatment of addiction disorders as well as addiction and trauma-related disorders. The clinic is recognized by health insurance companies, has a mandate to treat addiction and trauma-related disorders, and is listed on the cantonal hospital list.
HR Generalist (w/m/d), 60%
At the Gontenschwil location, we are looking for support in the HR team starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement. This position was newly created to complement the 3-person team (HR management, HR specialist, and HR assistant).
Your tasks:
- Operational implementation of all personnel management processes along the employee life cycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, contract management, absences)
- Ensuring competent personnel administration
- Support and advice for employees on all personnel-related issues
- Recruitment (including planning and conducting interviews)
- Preparation of employment contracts, references, and certificates
- Assistance with monthly payroll preparations and deputy for the HR specialist Payroll/Social Security
Your profile:
- Completed HR specialist certificate (or near completion)
- Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Good MS Office user skills
- Open and motivated personality
- Discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you in this role
- Preferred working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
