The SV Group is a leading gastronomy and hotel management group based in Dübendorf near Zurich. The group operates in several business areas: restaurants for companies and schools, hotels with own brands as well as with other renowned brands as franchisee, public restaurants with innovative concepts as well as gastronomic delivery service and catering. The SV Group traces back to the non-profit organization "Swiss Association for Soldiers' Welfare" founded in 1914. Else Züblin-Spiller established soldiers' lounges nationwide and served balanced and affordable meals there. The idealistic values of the founder are continued today by the SV Foundation. This charitable foundation is the majority shareholder of the SV Group and uses its funds for projects in the field of healthy nutrition and for the common good.
The Archimedes operation consists of the eponymous restaurant and the take-away cafeteria "Eureka". The restaurant offers two basic and two premium menu lines, from "minced meat with macaroni" over changing offers with salads/soups to front cooking wok. With the four counters, it is possible to respond individually to the wishes of our guests. The architecturally appealing design combined with clarity and unadorned structure offers guests a feel-good oasis in a very appealing ambiance.
Together with seven employees, you surprise up to 500 guests daily with a diverse offer: creative, seasonal dishes, freshly and variedly prepared.
You work from Monday to Friday, depending on the duty roster. Opening hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the restaurant open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For special events in the evening and on weekends, you are flexibly available.
