About the job

• You take on tasks related to first level support for the most important IT applications in the Crop Production Department (mainly Bison, Wamas)
• You are co-responsible for clean and consistent article and business partner master data
• You maintain open contact with the IT managers of the three SGE and support them in their decentralized tasks
• With your open and innovative approach, you ensure the further development of master data and support processes in crop production
• We are happy to involve you in (IT) projects

• You have a commercial basic education, complemented by initial experience in IT support (1–2 years)
• We work, among others, with the ERP system Bison or WMS WAMAS – do you already know these? Even better
• Working with MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot, etc.) is "daily business" for you
• You are a team player and flexible
• You are willing to regularly travel (1-2 times per month) to other locations in Switzerland
• Since we cover the entire Switzerland in the Crop Production Department, we are well networked within the company and therefore need good communication skills in German, and preferably in French

• You perform a demanding, complex, but meaningful activity in a small, motivated team
• You can work independently and enjoy creative freedom
