For the successful implementation of our diverse projects, we are looking for a dynamic personality to strengthen our well-coordinated project team. In this exciting key role, you coordinate the work of planners, craftsmen, and contractors. You are actively involved in the preparation of tenders, obtaining offers, the awarding process, as well as contract management. Through your organization of the construction site process, scheduling, and cost control, you ensure compliance with quality, deadlines, and budget.
What you bring:
- Professional experience in construction management
- Sound knowledge of building laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Familiar with common IT and construction management tools. We work with MS Office, MS Project, ORCA, and RiB iTWO
- With your winning manner, you communicate goal-oriented with those involved in construction and apply your entrepreneurial thinking in practice
- Fluent German language skills
