To complement our team in Chur, we are looking for a
Workshop Manager (m/f/d), 100%.
Your task:
As Workshop Manager, you take on the professional and personnel leadership of the assigned employees and actively contribute to their personal development. You operate very autonomously and independently in our Chur operation and report directly to the Operations Manager in Seuzach. You are also responsible for optimal resource planning in the workshop and take on the revenue and cost responsibility in the workshop area. In case of deviations from the set revenue targets, you initiate solution- and goal-oriented improvement measures. Another part of your broad range of tasks is service-oriented and active customer care, acquisition of workshop orders, and quality assurance.
