Your Tasks – Shape More
- Support and develop existing wealthy private clients
- Explore customer needs considering individual wishes, goals, and life situations – if necessary, in collaboration with internal specialists
- Sell standardized products and services in the areas of cash transactions, investments, retirement planning, and real estate financing
- Handle all front-related administrative tasks
- Establish long-term trust and preserve wealth during generational change
- Take on demanding representation tasks in the sense of "the nearby bank"
- Opportunity to take on the role of practical trainer
- Participate and contribute to internal projects
Your Profile – Bring More
- Completed banking training or equivalent education
- Further education, e.g., HFBF / FA Financial Planner / Bachelor's in Banking & Finance (completed or in training) – is an advantage
- Several years of experience in personal customer care
- Affinity and joy in using digital technologies in the consulting process
- You score points with your trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic nature
- Your acquisition-strong personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
