Emmental Hospital ensures high-quality medical care for 150,000 people around the clock with specialists at its two hospital locations in Burgdorf and Langnau.

The Langnau general practice is located in a prime location directly above the entrance in the hospital in attractive new premises and less than a 10-minute walk from Langnau train station. Currently, an 80% general practitioner and an 80% senior physician work in the practice. Four experienced and efficient MPAs support the medical staff.

For the general practice and the expansion of general medical care at the Langnau hospital location, the Medical Department is looking for a specialist in General Internal Medicine (a) 40–100% by arrangement.

Your scope of work – co-design instead of just cooperating

• You will further develop our general practice at the Langnau location together with a committed team – with plenty of room for your medical ideas and experience
• In close cooperation with the Medical Department on site as well as with the specialists of Emmental Hospital, you ensure networked, high-quality, and patient-centered care
• You actively shape the future of general medical care in Emmental – regionally anchored, humanly connected
