Financial Manager of the Service and Social Invoice from 80% to 100%

- The SASO is responsible for preventing the causes of poverty and social exclusion and ensuring the coordination of social action in the canton. Composed of a management and three offices, the SASO is also in charge of managing the social invoice harmonized with the municipalities.
As the financial manager of the service (RFS), you lead the financial processes of the SASO and provide support and advice on the matter to the management and service entities (budget, PFT, budget control, accounts), establishing relevant financial analyses.
You manage the social invoice harmonized between the State and the municipalities and carry out related activities.
At the same time, you support the "Gestion.NE" and "Governance of Partnerships" initiatives with the service entities.
Holder of a master's degree in financial management or an equivalent qualification, you have solid knowledge of the social field, public finances, and ideally, internal control systems.
You master the SAP software as well as MS Office tools.
Your rigor, priority management, and strong sense of public service are accompanied by great availability and broad autonomy related to financial processes (budget planning and monitoring, annual closing, etc.).
