What is the role about?

You organize factory visits for our customers and professionally accompany visitors through our sites, creating lasting impressions. With commitment, you design visit formats and events that make our innovative strength and culture tangible.

What tasks will you take on?

• You organize and coordinate visit requests and professionally guide our guests through the production sites in Reinach and Cernay.
• You take responsibility for impressive factory tours and create unforgettable visitor experiences.
• You are an active member of the Visitor Management team and represent the company competently and with commitment.
• You plan and implement customer events in close cooperation with our international sales companies.
• You contribute to the further development of our visit formats with fresh ideas and practical implementation.
• You help ensure that our guests experience the innovative strength and corporate culture up close.

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed training in marketing, event, or project management and bring organizational talent.
• You are enthusiastic about technology and/or ideally know the processes of a production company.
• You communicate confidently in German (native language) and English; any additional language is a plus.
• You convince with intercultural communication skills, confident appearance, and high customer and service orientation.
• You bring sociability, commitment, willingness to learn, and result orientation to every project.
• You score with high social competence, flexibility in working days, and the ability to move confidently at all levels.
