Field of responsibilities
During your apprenticeship, you will work in one of the seven districts of the Graubünden Civil Engineering Office.
As a specialist for facility maintenance, you are an absolute generalist. You oversee building technology, perform repairs, care for green areas, and maintain machines. Your tasks include architectural maintenance, repairing damage to outdoor facilities, caring for paths and roads, winter services, and repairing roof damage. The basis for facility management training is – in addition to promoting the professional part – the development of methodological, social, and personal competence. This means that during your training you acquire professional knowledge and skills for judgment and have the ability to meet demands in both interpersonal and professional sectors.
