Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the execution of small to medium investment projects with a focus on Pharma / Biotech / Chemistry,
- Responsibility for compliance with specific quality requirements, deadlines, and costs in the respective projects,
- Ensuring project goals and milestone planning,
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams,
- Responsibility and implementation of project-related corrective measures (change and claim management),
- Support in project calculation and offer preparation,
- Support in acquiring new customers and orders,
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships,
- Support in further optimizing the project management process.
Your Profile
- Completed engineering degree or scientific education (specializing in pharmaceutical/process or chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable),
- Several years of professional experience in the mentioned field or in the design of process plants (focus on Pharma / Biotech / Chemical industry),
- Experience in commercial project management is an advantage,
- Experience in planning and implementing new construction and conversion measures in the service phases of SIA or HOAI is an advantage,
- Strong and communicative personality with pronounced teamwork skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness,
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form are required; additional language skills are an advantage.
