YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Within the Finance Department and reporting to the accounting manager, we offer you a fixed-term contract during which you will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:
Participation in the preparation of bank reconciliations
Manage the processing of invoices and employee expense reports from receipt to payment following the procedures in force
Monitoring of expense accounts and monthly analysis of variations
Analysis and adjustment of monthly provisions
Monthly justification of balance sheet accounts (debt accounts, accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, etc.)
Participation in the preparation of monthly closing entries
YOUR PROFILE:
Education: An accounting degree is required
Working language: French; proficiency in English would be a plus
Dynamic and rigorous personality, organized and methodical
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with very good interpersonal skills
Analytical and curious mind, attentive to detail but able to synthesize to present results
Sense of confidentiality and ethics
Mastery of accounting tools and supplier invoice management would be a plus
