A key role at the heart of customer satisfaction

YOUR MISSION

• Plan and optimize the interventions of our technicians (installations, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting) in the assigned region.
• Manage and follow up all service orders from work report processing to invoicing.
• Ensure administrative follow-up: invoicing of services, payment control, spare parts orders.
• Be the first point of contact: reception, information, and first-level assistance for our customers.
• Act as an interface between customers, technicians, internal and external departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Actively contribute to administrative tasks and internal service organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a basic technical education (HVAC, electrical engineering, or similar field), or a commercial education with proven experience in human resource planning.
• You have several years of experience in a comparable role.
  You are recognized for your excellent planning and organizational skills, with a structured and proactive approach.
• You have a strong customer orientation, enjoy solving problems, and providing quality service.
• Reliable, stress-resistant, and trustworthy, you always stay on course even during intense periods.
• You master French, and knowledge of German is a real asset.
• You are comfortable with digital tools, especially SAP and SAP FSM; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a valued plus.
