About the job

• Operation, conversion, and monitoring of the production plants
• Execution of internal process controls
• Filling out plant-specific quality and verification documents
• Performing cleaning tasks on the plants, the line, and the surrounding area
• Fixing minor technical malfunctions on the plants
• Provision of packaging and consumable materials
• Responsibility for correct product labeling
• Communication and cooperation with upstream and downstream internal organizational units
• Supporting maintenance during revision work
• Day and 2-shift operation

• Completed vocational training (ideally as a plant operator EFZ,
• or in a technical profession)
• Experience in plant operation in the food industry
• Strong sense of order, cleanliness, and safety
• Willingness to work in day and 2-shift operation
• High flexibility regarding work assignments
• Native German speaker or very good skills in understanding as well as speaking and writing (at least B1)
• Own vehicle available (mobile)
• Resilient, team-oriented personality
