Your role with us
- Handle incidents & requests – you find solutions before others even articulate the problem
- 1st and 2nd level & onsite support – you are where it counts: outside, in the team, in operations
- Maintain the knowledge base – you create documentation, instructions, and checklists that really help
- As the face of IT, you actively advise our employees on technical challenges
- Install, configure & maintain – from IT work equipment to public transport-specific applications
This convinces us
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification with a strong IT affinity
- Practical experience in IT support / IT environment
- Very good knowledge of common hardware and software platforms
- German C2 – clear, understandable, professional
- Quick comprehension, independent work, and a good sense of priorities
