Carpenter – Team Leader – High Personal Responsibility – Great Team
Tasks
- Leadership and optimal deployment planning of around 10 employees, machines, and materials
- Deadline monitoring as well as support and control of ongoing orders
- Participation in production, if required
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter EFZ, ideally with further training as a production team leader
- 3–5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position
- Strong social skills and communication ability
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Resilient and flexible personality with good physical condition
