Integration Advisor (80% - 100%)
Many facets, great responsibility.
As a member of our integration team, you advise and coach insured persons with the goal of retaining the existing job, promoting professional reintegration, and supporting the job search. You take over the integration planning and purposefully use the services of the IV office and SVA Zurich. As a link between insured persons and employers, you know how to involve the important internal and external partners in the integration process. In doing so, you are the contact person for questions about social insurance benefits and their coordination and provide employers, insured persons, and other external partners with the relevant information. Your tasks also include administrative preparation and follow-up.
You convince us both professionally and personally.
We expect a solid professional education and several years of professional experience in a comparable function. Knowledge in the social insurance or personnel area as well as experience working with mentally ill people are advantageous. As an open, communicative personality, you also enjoy working in the field. You understand how to respond to your counterpart and do not lose sight of the goal even in demanding conversation situations. You are characterized by strong organizational skills and confident self-management. In addition, you have a professional appearance and can negotiate competently.
