- Support to the general agent in management and follow-up tasks
- Shared management of the secretariat, agenda, and emails
- Telephone and physical reception of clients and visitors to the agency
- Follow-up and processing of cases, as well as routine correspondence
- Management of client tracking tools and archives
- Technical support in organizing events with clients
- Proactive support in client development
Your assets
- Commercial employee or proven experience
- As this is a mandatory training for the position, the "Intermediate AFA" or "Insurance and Pension Advisor IAF" diploma is an asset
- Native French speaker with very good written skills
- Proficiency in IT tools
- Sense of diplomacy and contact with the team and clients
- Dynamism, discretion, openness, and flexibility
