For our medical department with an integrated monitoring station at the Langnau location, with around 25 beds, 3 beds in the monitoring station, and a dedicated team, we are looking for a
Deputy Department Head 80–100%

- Responsibility for professional, patient-oriented care in line with our nursing mission statement
- Professional advice and support for the team in complex care situations
- Co-responsibility for the personnel, professional, and organizational management of the department
- Active participation in shaping and further developing nursing processes and quality standards
- Participation in daily nursing work and responsibility for the nursing process and its documentation
- Promotion of constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
- Involvement in change processes as well as in the introduction and support of new employees
- Participation in cross-departmental projects and processes
What you need to be successful:
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional (AKP, DN II, HF, FH)
- Solid experience in acute care as well as interest or initial insights into a leadership role
- Enjoyment in promoting, motivating employees, and actively contributing to the further development of the team
- Strong social skills, empathy, and a high sense of responsibility characterize your professional actions
- A structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style forms the basis for everyday work
- Commitment to the further development of your own specialist area as well as openness to new challenges and changes
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2 for foreign diplomas) complete the profile
