• Responsibility for professional, patient-oriented care in line with our nursing mission statement
• Professional advice and support for the team in complex care situations
• Co-responsibility for the personnel, professional, and organizational management of the department
• Active participation in shaping and further developing nursing processes and quality standards
• Participation in daily nursing work and responsibility for the nursing process and its documentation
• Promotion of constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
• Involvement in change processes as well as in the introduction and support of new employees
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and processes

What you need to be successful:

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional (AKP, DN II, HF, FH)
• Solid experience in acute care as well as interest or initial insights into a leadership role
• Enjoyment in promoting, motivating employees, and actively contributing to the further development of the team
• Strong social skills, empathy, and a high sense of responsibility characterize your professional actions
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style forms the basis for everyday work
• Commitment to the further development of your own specialist area as well as openness to new challenges and changes
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2 for foreign diplomas) complete the profile
