Your Tasks

Inspection of engine parts and components
Implementation of aviation regulations as well as compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Application of lean methods (e.g., lean events, 5S) and participation in process improvements
Preparation of work papers for internal and external overhauls
Clarification of deviations from manufacturer regulations with technical support
Conducting follow-up and intermediate inspections during rework
Participation in internal audits to further improve quality and infrastructure

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., polymechanic, automotive or mechanical engineer)
Precise, responsible, and independent working style according to quality specifications
Team-oriented and reliable personality, ready to work in a 2-shift system
Good IT skills (MS Office), SAP is an advantage
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
Technical understanding, logical thinking ability, and high sense of responsibility for safety, quality, performance, and costs
