The motto of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) is: „Creating moments that make life more colorful.“ FWG is an innovative player in system gastronomy and known for exciting concepts. Since the early 1990s, it has been successfully active in the Swiss market and has been managed in the second generation by brothers Manuel and Daniel Wiesner since 2020. Guests are spoiled with a variety of culinary concepts from around the world. FWG places special focus on central locations that are also optimally suited for take-away and delivery business. Currently, FWG operates 33 locations, offers five food brands, and employs over 700 employees from around 68 different nations.
To complement our familiar and well-coordinated Corporate Communications & Sustainability team, we are looking, from August 1, 2026, or by arrangement, for a dynamic
Digital Content & Communication Specialist (a) 60%
Your versatile tasks:
- Responsibility for the corporate LinkedIn accounts – from content idea to publication 📱
- Planning, implementation, and continuous development of internal communication 🧭
- Creation and distribution of multimedia content (graphics, video, text, audio) across all channels 🎬
- Writing target group-oriented texts – from press releases to job advertisements and training materials ✍️
- Organizing training sessions as well as supporting events, PR, sustainability, employer branding, and recruiting 🚀
Your talents and experience:
- Solid experience in creating and distributing content (graphics, video, text, audio) 🎨
- Confident writing in German and English – efficiently also with AI support ✍️
- Confident handling of social media and digital platforms 📱
- Routine in using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva 🛠️
- Independent, structured working style combined with quick comprehension and networked thinking 🧠
