Health Specialist EFZ 60-80%
As a FaGe in Spitex, you play a central role in outpatient care for us and contribute significantly to the quality of life and satisfaction of our clients.
Your main tasks include:
- Caring for and supporting people in their familiar environment
- Supporting and accompanying our clients and their relatives in everyday life
- Participating in and implementing the care process in collaboration with the qualified colleagues
- Maintaining professional care documentation and organizing care appointments during the rounds
- Ensuring high care quality, including through interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, internally and externally
You bring with you:
- Completed training as FaGe EFZ or FaBe EFZ with treatment course
- Experience in Spitex is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Proven professional skills that you apply purposefully in daily work
- Communication skills that you use empathetically in contact
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Either a category B driving license or willingness to visit clients in all weather conditions by e-bike
