Higher education teacher (ES) for the ES social fields of the CPNE at 80%

• The CPNE is the reference actor for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, higher education, and continuing education).
• As a teacher, you design, develop, and deliver teaching in the fields of social work and socio-professional mastery. You evaluate and supervise trainees as a professional practice referent and mentor for diploma work. Additionally, you lead and supervise module validation work. Within the training plan for the ES social fields, you participate in the development of theoretical and methodological teaching. At the same time, you contribute to the construction and evolution of professional training in the social field at higher education level. Finally, you collaborate and participate in the pole's working groups.
• Holder of a tertiary level degree (HES/ES) in socio-professional mastery, social work, adult education, or considered equivalent, you have proven experience in insertion and/or socio-professional support (people with disabilities or social vulnerability). Furthermore, you can demonstrate continuing education in these areas. Moreover, you are trained in professional pedagogy or able to follow on-the-job training. You have a strong interest in professional training, the evolution of the labor market, professional and social insertion practices, pedagogy, and digital tools. Equipped with organizational and planning skills, you can carry out your tasks autonomously and collaboratively. Thanks to your agility, you are capable of working on several projects simultaneously and demonstrate responsiveness, adaptability, and proactivity in the face of changes. Finally, you live in Switzerland, in accordance with legal requirements for public office holders.
