Key Account Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your contribution to our team
In your role, you take on a central role in the care and development of key accounts, exclusive brands, as well as in the area of services. You participate in the creation and implementation of budgets and action plans, maintain existing customer relationships, acquire new customers, and develop individual customer and sales concepts. You plan, coordinate, and control marketing and sales activities, conduct negotiations, ensure correct customer conditions, and analyze market and competitive data. In addition, you lead projects in the service sector and act as a contact person for internal departments and sales regions. Through your sales-oriented, independent, and structured way of working as well as your entrepreneurial thinking, you actively contribute to achieving the company’s goals.
Your profile
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ and/or business administration training
- Several years of experience in customer support, e.g., in field sales
- Sales-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking with good negotiation skills
- Independent and orderly working style with good organizational skills
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Additional national languages (French or Italian) as well as good English skills are a great advantage.
