Three-Tec is the specialist in the development and production of dosing systems, extruders, and process equipment for process engineering. We offer our international customers from all demanding industrial sectors a comprehensive range of quality products, complemented by competent advice as well as fast, reliable, and individual service.

In our workshop, we exclusively manufacture parts for our own products. We mainly carry out customer-specific orders and produce in batch sizes between 1-10. We are a young motivated team working with flat hierarchies and a flexible organization.

Metal Grinder (m/f/d) 40-100 %

Your main tasks:

• Grinding, brushing, and polishing of individual objects and small series made of stainless steel such as material hoppers, machine housings, agitators, and conveyor screws
• Handling various hand grinding machines and tools
• Ensuring a flawless surface finish
• Recognizing and correcting geometric deviations

Your profile:

• Experience in sheet metal processing, especially grinding of machine parts
• Commitment, flexibility, resilience
• Structured and methodical approach with independent working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a team-oriented and friendly manner
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
