What to expect
To support our team, we are looking for a committed Service Technician (m/f/d) for the DE-CH region as soon as possible.
Your main tasks:
- Commissioning, troubleshooting as well as maintenance and repair work on our smoke and heat extraction systems
- Instruction and guidance of installations on site at the construction site or with the customer
- Independent assembly and testing of new systems
- Customer consultation on site and guidance during installation at the construction site
- Planning and coordinating appointments (installation, logistics, etc.)
- Acquisition of repair and maintenance orders
- Preparation of installation, if necessary site inspection before the start of installation
- On-site support and contact person for installation partners (during installation until acceptance and also in coordinating service orders)
What you bring with you
- Certified electrician EFZ or craftsman with electrical knowledge and commercial flair
- Experience as a service technician is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience and high personal responsibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
- Friendly and service-oriented interaction with customers
- Ability to work at heights and strong willingness to work on roofs is mandatory
- Independent and structured way of working
- Driver's license category B
