Your tasks

• You create an unforgettable shopping experience and actively develop customer relationships
• You enthusiastically act as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products using your expert knowledge and storytelling skills
• You promote an inspiring, innovative, and modern shopping environment
• You actively advise and support your team colleagues
• You are responsible for ensuring impeccably presented sales areas, shop windows, and display cases
• You are responsible for achieving the defined sales targets
• You take on administrative tasks related to sales as well as maintaining the internal CRM system
• You support specific projects and contribute to the successful implementation of customer events

Your skills

• Training in retail, focusing on the watch and jewelry industry or certified goldsmith EFZ
• Successful participation in industry-specific further training
• Experience in the luxury segment of retail as well as solid expertise in the watch sector
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written (German as native language, at least C1 in English)
• IT affinity and knowledge in handling relevant technologies
• Open and customer-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
• Confidence in style, professional appearance, and courteous manners
• You are a team player and possess pronounced intercultural skills
