• Support the project manager in processing and executing medium and large projects
• Assistance in preparing offers
• Negotiation and purchase of materials
• Scheduling of employees and support in personnel management
• Communication and coordination with construction management, customers, and craftsmen from other trades

• Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or ESTI-recognized professional qualification; ideally further training as an electrical safety advisor, electrical project manager, or certified electrical installer (master)
• Experience in applying industry standards and enthusiasm for technical innovations
• Very good German language skills
• Cheerful, flexible, and committed personality
• Enjoyment in dealing with people (customers, team, and suppliers)
