What you can achieve:

Operation of the telephone switchboard for internal and external departments
Video surveillance
Material management
Reporting events in the customer portal
Regulation of entries and exits
Alarm reception and alarm processing
Alerting and coordination of emergency services in case of an incident

What you bring:

Swiss passport, C permit or cross-border commuter
Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement or criminal records)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good English skills (at least B1)
Willingness to work in 3-shift service (7 days, 24 hours, 365 days)
Good technical flair and PC user skills
Enjoyment in dealing with people and working in a team
Friendly and well-groomed appearance with good manners
Quick comprehension and networked thinking
