Your main tasks include:
- You will kindly assist our customers by phone
- As the interface between KIBAG Disposal Technology AG, customers, and suppliers in the field of disposal technology, you come into play
- You create customized offers and are responsible for smooth order processing up to delivery
- Within KIBAG Disposal Technology AG, you work cross-departmentally and closely with our field sales team to support them in preparing offers
- Your creativity flows into planning online marketing activities at KIBAG Disposal Technology AG and enlivens our presence
- As an organizational talent, you keep an overview of ordering, production, and delivery of our products
- Independent handling of consumables including ordering and monitoring of stock levels
You bring the following qualifications:
- You have completed commercial or technical basic training, supplemented by commercial further education
- Your good sense for technical products makes your daily work easier
- Experience in import and export is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking are natural for you
- IT affinity and very good MS Office user skills are required (ABACUS knowledge is an advantage)
- You are willing and interested in working with digital media
- You work very organized, very precisely, and independently
- Communication skills, resilience, and versatility characterize you
- You stay calm even when things get heated and do not lose your composure
- You master confident German in spoken and written form as well as good to very good oral French skills flawlessly
