These are your tasks
- Building, implementing, and further developing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) as well as ICT risk management
- Supporting the development of the information security strategy and reporting to management
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of IT security measures
- Conducting and updating risk analyses as well as managing measures for risk treatment
- Planning and conducting training and awareness programs to strengthen the security culture
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, cyber security, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT security, ISMS, and IT risk management, ideally in regulated industries
- Sound knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, FINMA, or NIST as well as regulatory requirements
- Experience with IT risk assessments, compliance, audit processes, and governance
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, as well as an analytical and structured way of working
