Finance Employee
You enjoy
9 handling customer inquiries in German/French and keeping customer data up to date?
9 creating monthly and individual invoices and making corrections if necessary?
9 posting and clarifying incoming payments?
9 independently managing dunning up to the loss certificate?
9 collaborating in the general and subsidiary accounting as well as with our subsidiaries?
9 taking responsibility in the finance team and actively shaping processes?
You bring with you
9 A completed commercial education with further training in finance (e.g. accounting clerk or similar)
9 Professional experience in finance and accounts receivable accounting
9 Enjoyment of numbers, accuracy, and structured work
9 Routine in using accounting software and MS Office
