Technical Salesperson as Dispatcher

• Receiving and recording telephone and written repair reports in the Navision system and the dispatch tool
• Planning and dispatching the assignments of our service technicians
• Organization and coordination of installation, maintenance, and repair work
• Processing and monitoring customer inquiries and service orders
• Communication with customers, technicians, and suppliers by phone and email
• Support in the preparation of repair offers
• Invoicing of service assignments as well as handling warranty cases
• Maintenance and updating of master data as well as further development of dispatch processes

• Completed commercial training or technical basic training with commercial further education (e.g., Technical Salesperson)
• Professional experience in dispatch or in a service organization
• Confident handling of Navision is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, structured, and precise way of working
• Quick comprehension and organizational skills
• Resilient, team-oriented personality with confident appearance
• Very good German skills, good French skills, English skills are an advantage
