Key Responsibilities
Drive Global Network Optimization
- Lead supply chain network analysis across all origins, destinations, and transport modes.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver key optimization projects that improve cost, speed, and sustainability.
- Develop Risk Mitigation and Scenario Analysis to enhance decision making to mitigate risks proactively while maintaining service excellence.
Lead High-Impact Projects
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects using standardized project management methodology.
- Build detailed project plans, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
- Manage change processes to secure long-term benefits from every initiative.
Standardize & Automate
- Create and implement global standards for processes, reporting, and lead time methodologies.
- Drive automation and reporting accuracy to establish a single source of truth.
Key Relationships
- Partner with global SCM, market teams, origins, destinations, customs, Procurement, Supply Planning and logistics providers.
- Build strong relationships to enable alignment and fast decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven Project Management experience: PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Solid logistics and supply chain experience (global scope preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Experience managing multiple, complex projects in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong MS-Office skills (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Supply Chain Management, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Min 3-5 years of progressive work experience in mid to large-scale organizations optimizing complex logistics network
- Strong experience with managing complex projects related to transportation and process re-engineering
- PMI/Project Management certified
- Data Analytics and Data Modelling skills in PowerBI, Phython, etc.
