The city of Thun is a significant property owner and uses its real estate strategically for attractive urban development. As the owner's representative, the Office for City Properties is responsible for property management.
We are looking for a
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the administration and management of residential and commercial properties.
- You coordinate and check minor construction measures and repairs within your area of responsibility.
- You are responsible for the functionality and usability of the objects and facilities in your real estate portfolio.
- You are the contact person for authorities, tenants, and companies.
You bring with you:
- You have a commercial or technical basic education, have completed a professional training as a federal real estate manager, property manager, or in facility management, and have frontline experience.
- Experience in real estate and building management as well as project management is an advantage.
- You are well acquainted with the Swiss real estate market and real estate-related services.
- Experience in contract management and solid knowledge of Swiss tenancy law complement your profile.
- As an initiative and service-oriented personality, you like to take responsibility.
- You express yourself well orally and in writing, negotiate skillfully, and have assertiveness.
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations. Your strengths include business thinking, negotiation skills, organizational ability, and flexibility, as well as pleasant manners and teamwork.
