About the job
The Acherhof Senior Center, an institution of the Acherhof Foundation, currently offers a new home to around 112 residents in various life situations. Thanks to extensive renovations and new buildings, we have grown into a "village quarter for all generations" including a public restaurant.
To complete our team in the area of guest service in hotel service, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality by arrangement as
Hotel Service Staff
Hotel Service Employee, 60-80%, monthly salary
Hotel Service Employee, approx. 30%, hourly wage
Your area of responsibility includes:
Setting up and dismantling the breakfast buffet and service for lunch and dinner in a residential group or in the residents' restaurant. Furthermore, taking orders for the lunch and dinner menu is an essential part of the work. During meals, you care for our residents with much love and dedication. You are responsible for the continuous ordering of materials and food and perform various cleaning tasks several times a day in the common room and in the residential group kitchen.
You bring with you:
Experience in service - preferably in a senior and nursing home. You enjoy working independently and like dealing with elderly people.
You are flexible in terms of time and willing to work split shifts (deployment in the morning, at noon and in the evening; start of deployment at 06:45; end of deployment no later than 19:00). Ideally, you live in the surrounding area. Furthermore, you speak fluent (Swiss) German, have a neat appearance and good manners.
